I graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy's Bread and Pastry program in 2011 and operated my bakery, Dalla Notte Baking in 2012. My business morphed from production baking towards catering and chef work in 2016.
I began working as a seasonal chef because it allows me to maintain my love of sharing food. I love working with clients who share this appreciation of doing food right and not getting caught up in a boutique food 'experience'. The food should speak for itself, right?
