My name is Kellen and I love sharing and showcasing the food grown around my home on the Olympic Peninsula.
I graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy's Bread and Pastry program in 2011 and opened my bakery, Dalla Notte Baking in 2012. My business morphed from production baking towards catering and chef work in 2016.
